Holy Cats! Busy Summer!

Oh hey, sorry, I have been busy painting and getting ready for two upcoming shows. Where did August go?!

Queen West Art Crawl, Sept 12-13, is just around the corner. Outdoors at Trinity Bellwoods Park in Toronto, this is a free-to-get-in fun two day event. Come by and see the new works.

November, One of A Kind Show and sale for 11 DAYS! Holy smokes that's a lot of show! Direct Energy Center at Exhibition Place in Toronto from Nov. 26 - Dec. 6. I still have not completely figured out what new ideas I want to showcase there but stay tuned and I will be giving previews here and on social media.

ALSO if you want tickets to this show, let me know. They charge admission, but I will have some free passes (until they run out) for the folks that read this and follow my Facebook Page for art and post I WANNA OOAK! on that wall.

Hope to see you there...

TAP Wrap

As the sun sets on another year of The Toronto Artist Project, I just want to thank all of the people who help put the show together, all of the art lovers who came through and asked questions and inquired about techniques, and the collectors who supported myself and my fellow artists by purchasing the work and taking something home. We'll see you all again, I hope, in 2016, but hopefully we'll cross paths before then at one of the many art shows and fairs that will make up 2015. I've applied for several shows and I'm just waiting patiently to hear which I'll be invited to participate in. Check in, I'll keep this blog updated as news arrives, thanks to Maita Sayo and this amazing new website.

Speaking of which, Maita and Kal were at The Artist Project this year, did you see his amazing work? If not have a look:

Also this year, I had the pleasure of meeting Meghan Farbridge and seeing her great illustrations:

And, as usual, friends and crowd pleasers Danny St. Amant:

and Richard Ahnert:

were in fine form. Thanks for the frequent use of the ladder Rich.

See you next year TAP.
